Banking fields are saved separately to Supabase. Use Download Backup for a redacted export. Do not enter online banking passwords. Signature image is embedded into the JSON when uploaded.
Invoice archive & payment status
Statuses are calculated from payments and due dates. Click an invoice to open it, or Record payment to add a receipt.

Payments are private bookkeeping entries and will not appear on the client PDF.

How to use: Click directly into the invoice to type. Use Company & payment settings for information that should carry forward. Click Archive invoice when you issue one, then Save. In Brave, Open Data File and Save can work directly with a JSON file in iCloud Drive when the browser allows file access. Otherwise use Download Backup and Open Data File to import the downloaded JSON. Use Print / PDF to produce a client copy. In the browser print dialog, enable Background graphics and disable headers/footers; use landscape orientation. Your uploaded SVG signature is layered over the form and saved inside the JSON. Payment records are stored in the same JSON and stay off the client PDF. The scanned image is embedded in this HTML file, so no separate background file is needed. Note: the background is the exact cleaned artwork supplied, with no masking. This is a landscape invoice matching the supplied 3:2 artwork, not a US Letter portrait form.
